maya 2010 32 auf 64bit system?

Hab noch eine Frage und zwar hab ich ein 64bit windows drauf und da auf maya 2010 64bit testversion drauf.
Ich wollte mal gerne Blastcode aus probieren aber das ist nur 32bit compatible ist!
Ist das schlimm wenn man Maya 2010 32bit auf ein 64bit system installiert oder gibt das probleme in Maya.

ist blastcode auch mit maya 2010 compatible also aufwärts ab maya 2009

Natürlich ist es nicht schlimm, auf ein 64bit OS Maya 32bit zu installieren; sollte auch funktionieren!!
Problematischer wird's mit BlastCode oder anderen PhysX-Tools!! :thumbdown:

Eine 64bit Variante von PhysX ist mir nicht bekannt! Warum NVidia das nicht zur Verfügung stellt, weiss ich bis heute nicht! ?(

die Schweine blastcode ist voll geil jetzt hab ich keinen guten shatter ausser das von Maya und das find ich net so gut^^

kennt ihr noch ein gutes plugin script was auf maya 2010 64bit läuft

Ist zwar mehr für Spiele und ob es eine 64Bit Version gibt weiß ich auch nicht, aber da gibt es noch das Dmm PlugIn von Pixelux.
Hab das aber selber nicht ausprobiert, die Bilder sehen aber ganz gut aus

Ja, es ist furchtbar mit diesem PhysX auf 64Bit! Rayfire, Cebas TP und und und....
Der Entwickler von Rayfire teilte mir mit, daß Nvidia im Sommer 2009 PhysX 64Bit SDK freigibt.
Ob es jetzt verfügbar ist, keine Ahnung?

Ich lass mich überraschen, was die nächsten Updates bringen. Es müsste jetzt auf 64Bit laufen, falls Nvidia Wort gehalten hat ^^

Ah, hier habe ich was gefunden ^^

Die aktuelle SDK ist allerdings Version 2.81 Build 13!
Also, nix da!!
Is' schon ziemlich Schrott, wenn man auf soetwas wie PhysX angewiesen ist, aber auch mal 64bit Software nutzen will, oder?? Für Maya-Versionen, die es nur als 32bit gab, gibt's die PlugIns nicht und ab der 8.5 mit 64bit geht's auch wieder nicht! Schönes Dilemma!! :cursing:

64Bit ist nun verfügbar ^^

nun ist Rayfire verfügbar ;)

Rayfire 1.5: NVidia PhysX Rigid Body support via RayFire user interface. Newest RayFire Tool 1.5 supports PhysX for 32 and 64 bit 3ds Max versions.

Note: RayFire Tool 1.5 supports new Nvidia PhysX plugin 2.0 for 3ds Max but doesn't provide it. To use PhysX support via RayFire You need to get it and install manually from Nvidia developers zone since Nvidia doesn't allow any kind of distribution of their plugin.

New PhysX plugin supports only Max 2008, Max 2009 and Max 2010.
